Manual Control for Page Refresh

Hi All

So one thing I have noticed is that certain web pages really can slow down TenForFox. I am running Little Snitch and have managed a generally good speed now on most pages.

I haven't programmed HTML now in about 15 years, but it appears that some websites require refreshes more often than others. Is there any simply way to implement a function like "only a low manual refreshes of webpages"

Just a thought.
