Thank you!
This isn't a suggestion. It's a thank you, thank you! I've been stuck with my G5 and no real internet except my smart phone. It's been so difficult for seven years, not having a server then getting one and not being able to use my keyboard and computer! What a thrill, just today to find you! I've also been trying to set up system 9 on my drive running system 10.4. Mac sure makes that difficult to do. Can you help with that? I guess I did have a question?

Help for installing OS 9 is a bit beyond the scope of this helpdesk. Good resources to read about this or ask questions are forums such as

…and if you're on Facebook, there are some great communities for vintage Macs and such as

It's incredible how easily I loaded Tenfourfox on my 10.5 hard drive along with my Android phone! You all are putting me into a great state, helping make my "ancient" G5 work and connect with my older cheap Android! Incredible.
But now, I got system 9 going on the other G5 hard drive running 10.4.6 and able to load Tenfour on this drive but not able to open it. Thank you

Please update your 10.4.6 installation to 10.4.11 by clicking the Apple menu and selecting 'Software Update…'. TenFourFox will not run on any 10.4 system < 10.4.9 (technically), and is only supported on 10.4.11.
