(brightness, contrast, etc.)
It seems to search for specific video enabled applications, and
inserts a menu item to allow its selection, or often just opens a
small window whenever such applications are opened. It owrks fine
with Firefox, but does not recognize TenFourFox.

Is there a fix? Is there a way to change TenFourFox so that it
is named Firefox?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Mac Aldentetag:tenfourfox.tenderapp.com,2012-01-07:Comment/279681002013-07-26T15:56:26Z2013-07-26T15:56:50ZiGlasses not Recognized by TenFourFox

I am not familiar with this application. You could certainly
rename TenFourFox to Firefox.app and see what it does, but if it's
looking for particular characteristics of the application, I would
need to know what those are and there's no guarantee I could
accommodate them.

Cameron Kaisertag:tenfourfox.tenderapp.com,2012-01-07:Comment/279681002013-07-26T19:23:42Z2013-07-26T19:23:42ZiGlasses not Recognized by TenFourFox

Thanks for your reply!

Info on the latest version of iGlasses, which is NOT compatible
with
PPC is available here:

Since I'm obviously on a PPC, I obtained a compatible version
here:
<a href=

I already tried to rename TenFourFox in the Finder, but this did
NOT
solve the problem, probably because it still remains named as
TenFourFox to OS X, and appears with this name next to the Apple
menu.

iGlasses is NOT a browser plugin. It gets installed in the OS,
and
seems to makes itself available to a specific list of
applications
which includes Firefox, but NOT TenFourFox (which was not even
available when that version of iGlasses came out.

I wouldn't have bothered you if iGlasses didn't work fine
with
Firefox, but it does.

macarone
