Hi...I am new to all of this. I download the newest version for my Mac 7450. The TenFourFox 7450 application is displaying. When I click to use it nothing comes up. When I go to console.log it states XPCOMGlueLoad error 0:2 for file. Please help.

This is usually an installation problem. Where are you trying to run the browser from? Is it in your /Applications folder or somewhere else?

I have it in the Applications folder

Then I don't know what's going on. What did you use to unpack it? Are you sure the download is good (please check the hash)?

I got this hash RIPEMD160(TenFourFox7450-FPR19.app.zip)= 4b96b198ac147c6c6d6520f7eff32a9b8e671a8c. Is it not ideal to download the zip file to a usb drive then move the zip file from the usb drive to the Applications folder on my mac?

That hash matches. No, moving the zip should be fine (I don't advise unpacking on the USB drive though - copy the zip first and then unpack in /Applications). What did you use to unpack it?

I just double click on it and it unpacks. What do you suggest to use to unpack it.

If it's Archive Utility (check the window titlebar while it's unpacking), then you're doing everything right, and I don't have any other suggestions for you as to why it's not working properly on your machine.

    The window titlebar was blank.

Is it because my Mac OS X Version is 10.3.9?

Well, yes, that would do it. TenFourFox requires at least 10.4.11. There is no way to run it on 10.3.

Do you know the best place to download 10.4.11 and higher?

Technically 10.4 is a commercial product. However, there are sites around that may help you; I just don't want any pirate or abandonware links here.

Which Mac OS X is the best for my iBook G4 7450? 10.5, 10.6 or 10.7?

This is getting out of scope for TenFourFox specifically, but to answer your question your iBook G4 will not run 10.6 or later, so to run TenFourFox your choices are 10.4 and 10.5. In general 10.4 will be faster, but 10.5 has more software options.
