Feature Parity Release 16 (SPR 1) will not connect to sourceforge.net, downloader app is still needed.

Hello, Cameron Kaiser and all.

TenFourFox Feature Parity Release 16 (SPR 1) will not connect to sourceforge.net. It behaves in the identical manner to previous releases with whatever sourceforge has put up for security. Will this be resolved in the next release?
