videos/ perference pane
i"m using fpr 15 and most videos to run , some say ten four fox doesn't plug-ins for this video, most say that i have the domain restrictions set and ti reset them , but i can't find the domain restrictions where are they? also it says that if i want to block all tracking not just in private browsing to open the menu change the settings but when i open the window it doesn't look like the exp shown in the menu \, where can i look to change it?

Looks like an add-on is interfering. Please click Tools > Add-ons, disable all add-ons, re-start the browser and try again. If everything works as expected, you can re-enable add-ons one by one to find out which one caused the problem.

I disabled all add-ons and now it says that ten four fox doesn't sdupport plug-ins for this content.

This is to be expected, because if a video needs a plugin such as Flash, it won't play in TenFourFox anyway, no matter which add-ons are enabled or disabled. Do you still get messages about "domain restrictions" for most videos?

yes with add-ons enabled "video can't be embeded here becauseof domain restrictions" with add-ons disabled ten four fox does not support plugins for this content.
