Indeed, the site crashes FPR6b1 and later, works fine in FPR5 and earlier. Does not crash with baseline jit disabled (ion makes no difference). Does not crash on G3(!)

I am not at my Mac and won't be for another week or so. Can someone get a backtrace from the debug build for FPR6b1?

Console log and crash log from the debug build FPR6b1
For a proper backtrace I'll need instructions.

The crash log has a sufficient backtrace. What it looks like is that the JIT got in an infinite loop and exhausted the stack. However, if that's truly what occurred, that should happen on G3 also. The debug version has no AltiVec code in it either, so that can be exonerated as a cause.

My suspicion is that FPR6 enabled something that behaves badly on boxed, but I won't be able to debug this further until the end of next week.

A solution has been found. This is now tracked as issue 495: https://github.com/classilla/tenfourfox/issues/495
