Hi,

First, I'd like to thank you so much for this software. I'm working on an older PowerMac G5, power pc, running system 10.4.11 and recently started having a lot of problems accessing web sites which had previously been working. This was causing me lots of headaches as I'm running small business software from this machine and upgrading would lead to a host of other problems.

So I've just downloaded and started using TenFourFox. 45.8.0 It appears to be an almost perfect solution. Even Gmail is working well again. THANKS!

I am, however, having problems with book marks. It's not letting me save any new ones. And it doesn't import my old ones from Safari. I used the import method suggested on your discussions, and nothing is showing up. Please Advise.

Also, it doesn't appear to be remembering my history. The window that pops up (with Library at the top) is empty. Please help.

Bill, go to Help>Troubleshooting Information>"Refresh TenFourFox…". Follow the steps on screen.

Make sure you're not using an old Firefox version on the same computer, this may destroy TenFourFox's database for bookmarks and history.

Then open Safari, export your bookmarks to HTML. In TFF, you can then click Bookmarks>Show all bookmarks, click the Star Button and choose Import bookmarks from HTML. It may take a while until the import is finished (up to several minutes if you have a lot of bookmarks to import).
