This comment was split from the discussion: TFF 45.6.0 WARNING

Just want to report that I've been using 45.6.0 since Dec 10, 2016 and the browser is crashing more than usual. Today it crashed about 6 times, one after the other as I opened links from my email. Rebooted my Powerbook G4 and clicked directly on the TFF app in Applications, this time it opened ok.

Am also using Anonymox + other add-ons + Startpage is homepage. Curious to know if any of these factors would affect the operation of TFF.

Otherwise, very happy with TFF - it's been a lifesaver!!!!

Thank you :)

Hello Bo, I split your comment into a new discussion. Your report is the first one about this specific problem. Add-ons can very well be the case. In your case it's best to click Tools>Add-ons, the go to Extensions and disable all of them manually. Then quit the browser and open a few links from Mail to see if it still crashes.

Thanks, Chris. The problem has seemed to resolve without disabling any Add-ons -- perhaps my Powerbook just needed to get used to the new TFF update. Anyway, as said before, TFF has been a lifesaver for me and my vintage Powerbook - lol - much appreciated for all the great work you are doing in the back room :)
