the little details, icons, etc do not show in any previous version of ttf

• imac - g5 - ppc - osx 10.5.8 - safari 5.0.6 - tenfourfoxg5 45.4.0 - 1.5gb ram
• problem: the little details, icons, etc do not show in any previous version of ttf that i have used. that is true on any site: yahoo mail, news\opinion sites\etc. also, using the 'down' arrow usually jumps the page to the bottom, not just a line or two.
• is something i am not doing or doing wrong or can do?

   Thom, I'm not sure what you mean by "little details, icons, etc" -- a screenshot would likely be the most helpful way of illustrating the issue you're having.

   * i use yahoo mail and it has icons for various functions in the inbox. tenfourfox does not show these, using what appears to be an oriental ideogram.

   * i got a good download on 45.x and the problems i had mentioned to you have been corrected in this version. must not have had a good version when i wrote to you before.
   * given the problems i am having with safari and its connectivity these days, tenfourfox may become my main browser. latest safari problem is it will not connect to the home page of my bank. still trying to find out why.
