TFF Box 1.0
Running TFF Box 1.0 under TFF 7450 45.5.1. Box seems to work fine, as described. But if I am working in a Box (say, your Gmail sample Box) then want to go to full TFF, when I open full TFF, only its Title appears in my menu bar and I have no way to open a new browser window. Does full TFF have to be opened FIRST, before Box?

Yes. This is in the manual, under "Starting and stopping foxboxes." This is a limitation of OS X and I haven't found a workaround.
