Scrolling issue
Since upgrading to 38.2.0 for the G5 last night, the middle button scroll function (specifically click and drag scroll) has ceased to function. As I manage blogs, it's a really important feature to scroll quickly and automatically through many pages of content. Will this be fixed in an upcoming version, or is it a permanent omission?

Can you be more specific about what you're referring to? I am able to use the scroll wheel without issue.

On 3 button mice with a clickable scroll wheel, when you press it down
the following symbol comes up on the screen as an anchor point.
Then whatever direction you drag the curser in, it'll auto scroll. I'm
sure there's a proper name for the function, but it eludes me.
Anyhow, that symbol no longer comes up when clicking the middle button
in 38.2.0.
I've since downgraded back to 31.8.0 and it's working properly again.
I've been using tenfourfox for a few years now, and this is the first
version where that function hasn't worked.

You can set general.autoScroll in about:config to true (default is now false) and it should work again.
Or just go to Preferences>Advanced>General>Use autoscrolling

That should be true by default though it looks like somehow it got set to false in the release builds. I'm not sure why that happened, but it's easy enough to change for 38.3. Thanks for the report.

Thanks again. TenFourFox has been a real life saver for me while I'm
unable to afford to upgrade my trusty G5. Your work is very much
appreciated!
