How to play - or download for play from hard drive - Flash video?
I recently migrated from TenFourFox 5 on OS X 10.3.9 to TenFourFox 10.0.6 on OS X 10.4.11. I have abandoned Apple's Safari browser but have run into a problem. TenFourFox 10.0.6 will not play Flash video, nor Java-based video. There are a bazillion add-ons available, and one or more of them will almost certainly solve the problem. But which ones?
If add-ons cannot allow play of Flash video, what is a method to do so when using TenFourFox 10.0.6?
If I am asking the qrong questions, please respond as though I had asked the right ones.

Depending on the site, you can try the QuickTime Enabler: http://code.google.com/p/tenfourfox/wiki/QuickTimeEnabler This works for sites such as YouTube and for many types of HTML5 video. However, some sites will not work with it.
Mozilla also offers some Flash video downloaders from http://addons.mozilla.org/ and the video files they generate are generally playable with tools such as Perian.
TenFourFox has not supported Flash since version 6, and because Flash is no longer updated for PowerPC, will not ever be supported in the future.
