I just upgraded to 10-4-fox ver. 24.2 and haven't even begun really using it, But I noticed the auto - tabs feature 1st. thing and can not find a way to remove, hide or delete the auto - tabs ?? .... It might be just me, but I like as much screen space as possible for my viewing window. I have never let them stay on any computer I use, I like the drop-down history for going back, to see where I've been. ..... I would like to hide them (the auto-tabs) PLEASE HELP THIS OLD MAN !!!

Hot Damn !!! That's the fastest reply with a fix I've ever gotten
    to any problem !!!

I will go back and post this answer / solution to my question I posted.

This link did it for me; < https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/
addon/hide-tab-bar-with-one-tab/ > and it's now the way I like to
    see my screen displayed.

Thanks so much for the super fast reply & cure.

    P.S. I should mention I'm using a G 4 "Yikes" PCI 500Mhz, overclocked
to the max. (it didn't seem to matter where the clocking jumpers are
set, with this after market CPU it always reported 500Mhz in any
combination, in "about this Mac") and with 10.4.11 Tiger OS.

Good to hear that it fixed your issue and that the Yikes! is going strong (I use a Sawtooth G4 as a file server). I'll close this issue. No reply is necessary; if you do reply, the ticket will automatically reopen.
