help have no idea whick one to download plus
I can't find where to download... what do I download and where...many reasons why I don't want to upgrade...please help

JanMc, TenFourFox is for Macs with PPC processors. Your MacBook Pro has an Intel processor, therefore there's (sadly) no download for you. You might try the G3 version
https://sourceforge.net/projects/tenfourfox/files/fpr2/TenFourFoxG3-FPR2.app.zip
but it will be slow and unsupported.
