TenFourFox. You may be able to watch videos that are offered in
HTML5/web.m on some websites (e.g. YouTube) or to download the
Flash video and watch it offline using a download site such as
<a href="http://en.savefrom.net">http://en.savefrom.net</a>.
However, if you find no workaround for sites that require Flash,
you will have to use another browser for these sites (Safari,
Opera, OmniWeb or Camino).</p></div>Chris (chtrusch)tag:tenfourfox.tenderapp.com,2012-01-07:Comment/275516622013-07-26T04:52:36Z2013-07-31T18:50:18ZChat room video won't play.<div><p>These sites may help:<br>

the following versions (>17) of TenFourFox. If you run Flash in
17 or earlier, you're on your own because we have no access to the
code of this ancient plugin. The Flash 11 hack is still just Flash
10.2 with all its security holes, and if a website requires new
Flash 11 features, it won't work with this hack.</p></div>Chris (chtrusch)tag:tenfourfox.tenderapp.com,2012-01-07:Comment/275516622013-08-01T00:56:31Z2013-08-01T00:56:31ZChat room video won't play.<div><p>I'm not a fan of Adobe in general or Flash in particular.</p>
<p>I was on the site trying to get information about getting
TenFourFox<br>
to work with a popular utility called iGlasses:</p>
<p>Info on the latest version of iGlasses, which is NOT compatible
with<br>
PPC is available here: <a href=
"http://www.ecamm.com/mac/iglasses/">http://www.ecamm.com/mac/iglasses/</a></p>
<p>Since I'm obviously on a PPC, I obtained a compatible version
here:<br>
<a href=
"http://iglasses.soft32.com/">http://iglasses.soft32.com/</a></p>
<p>Yes, I have noticed that Flash sites only work for me with
TenFourFox<br>
17.0.7 and are broken in later versions. At least I now know that
it<br>
is not just my set up, and I might as well avoid all later
versions.</p>
<p>BTW, that hack still works on every site I try it on! The
new<br>
versions of Flash server and client software seem to have few<br>
improvements, the server software checks to see if the client is
the<br>
latest version, and as long as it thinks it is, everything just
keeps<br>
going as before.</p>
<p>The situation with iGlasses may be similar. iGlasses has an
embedded<br>
list of applications. Firefox appears on the list. TenFourFox
does<br>
NOT.</p>
<p>So once again, we have two parties, each with an agenda, that
makes<br>
it impossible for their products to work together.</p>
<p>While researching your site, I came across a question which
I<br>
resolved successfully for myself some time earlier, and I wanted
to<br>
help another. I didn't pretend I was the author of the solution,
and<br>
merely posted 2 links. Many on other sites have posted
successful<br>
results after going to those links.</p>
<p>I was sincerely trying to give practical help, and not get
involved<br>
in discussions of Flash code, which truthfully, I know nothing
about.</p>
<p>I'd still like very much to hear about similar iGlasses
help.</p></div>macarone
