Shoutcast or Tuneun Radio
I can't seem to play any radio stations on these sites:
http://www.shoutcast.com or
http://tunein.com
I don't believe they use flash and in fact the audio book sample on http://tunein.com does work.

FlashStopper doesn't play nice on these sites.
