Hello Vincent.
Thanks for your message. Where exactly doesn it state that TenFourFox no longer supports Classic? TenFourFox never supported Classic because it doesn't have much (if anything) to do with Classic (the OS 9 layer in Mac OS X).
Or did you mean to say that plugins are no longer supported? Or that Classic isn't supported on 10.5 Leopard?
Can you upload a screenshot where I can see the message or dialog window that states Classic is no longer supported? Press Command+Shift+3, and then please attach Picture 1.png, if possible. Thanks!
@Cameron: Might there be FF add-ons with binaries that require Classic? For OS 9 Mozilla? No, right?

No, there wouldn't be any addons like that. Vincent, you aren't trying to run Classilla by mistake, are you? Classilla if run in 10.5.8 would give you that message, because it is a non-Carbon Classic CFM application, but TenFourFox is a native Cocoa application and does not need Classic to run.

Thanks for your prompt reply......you are correct it states that TenforFox no
longer supports Classilla...my mistake sorry. I do not even know what Classilla
is or why it would even bring that up? Also, I am running Leopard 10.5.8 not
Tiger.....my mistake again sorry. I have a Mac Power PC G4 20" flat screen
sphere type system.
What should or can I do to download TenforFox 10.0....I'm at a loss...Thanks
Vincent

Vincent, go to
http://www.floodgap.com/software/tenfourfox/
scroll to the bottom of the page and download the 7450 ("G4e") version of TenForFox 10.0. Double click the resulting TenFourFox7450-10.0.app.zip on your desktop or downloads folder. Mac OS X should unzip it, and voila, you have your TenFourFox7450.app application. Drag it into your applications folder, and you're done.
If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.

Did it again this time and it worked THANKS!!!!!!! One more problem if you don't
mine. Sometimes when I close TenforFox.....I have to force quit it. Any idea
why? The other browsers don't do it. I use TenforFox as my default browser and
like it. Also, can I trash the previous versions of TenforFox to get them off of
my desktop and remove some clutter? Or should I just move them into my app
folder? Thanks again!!!
Vincent

You're welcome.
Sure. TenFourFox may use a lot of memory at times and may need a long time to shut down when you quit it. This is normal. Just let it do its thing. When the browser hangs with a spinning beachball for several minutes (or doesn't recover at all) in the middle of a browsing session, this may have all kinds of reasons. If you encounter this frequently on the same website(s), you can give me the web address and we see what we can do.
If you have the TenFourFox 10.0 app in your applications folder, you can trash the previous versions and the zipped files you downloaded.

I can confirm that TFF can often take 10-15 seconds for the app to fully quit. (10-15 seconds after the window is gone, but the app still has the arrow under it)
