Hello,
I've just updated 10.4Fox (31.8.0). Since than the german language doesn't work anymore. I made a new download of the german installer, but it has the same result.

I did reset TenFour Fox as you have advised, but it still doesn't work with the German language. Anyway I think that my 10.4Fox is rather clean because my first installation has bee with 30.7. so,e weeks ago

Hm, this works for me. First download TFF 31.8.0, unzip and put the app into Applications. Then start the langpack installer. Make sure TFF doesn't run, also make sure you select the right version to apply the langpack to. The installer sees all installed versions on your HD and will give you a select menu if there's more than one. Do you get any kind of error message from the installer?

Thank you very much. I'm sorry but it still doesn't works. I did as follows: I installed TFF31.8.0 once more, this time from Safari, and put it into the application folder. I didn't open TFF. Then I started - again from Safari and the TFF-Homepage -the German Language Installer. The installer works automatically I can't choose any special version and after the download he unzip automatically. After that i put the TFF-German-Language pack into the application folder. I get the question if I want to replace the old one and I click OK.
Maybe I havn't understood you correctly - that's the reason because I want to install the German language :-).

…and after that, double-click "TFF-31.x-Sprachpaket-Deutsch.app". I will lead you through the installation process.

Thank you very much again. Now it works, I havn't made this last
installation step. Wonderful! And thank you and all your team for
developing TFF, because it makes possible for me to open all the
https-sites again (more and more of them I couldn't open with safari
the last time) and so I can use my old mac mini some times longer...

    Have a nioce day,
