streams (which seems to be the case at iheart.com) you're out of
luck.</p>
<p>Maybe the station you want to listen to provides an mp3/mp4/ogg
stream on their own website which plays in TFF or QuickTime Player
or VLC. Or you can find the station in the iTunes Radio list which
features >10.000 streams.</p>
<p>Or try Safari, or install the mobile iheart app if you own an
Android/iOS device.</p></div>Chris (chtrusch)tag:tenfourfox.tenderapp.com,2012-01-07:Comment/364901272015-04-05T20:20:04Z2015-04-05T20:20:05Zonline radio<div><p>Thanks. I've tried, but not much luck. There are some
alternatives for<br>
some stations. More and more seem to be choosing iheart as their
streaming<br>
service. It is kind of tough to listen to stations in specific
areas<br>
because of this problem.</p></div>D Johnsontag:tenfourfox.tenderapp.com,2012-01-07:Comment/364901272015-04-16T17:44:29Z2015-04-16T17:44:31Zonline radio<div><p>I have a Mac laptop that runs OS 10.4.11. I would like to listen
to Denver University Radio (kxduradio.com). I am able to open site,
but audio streaming doesn’t work. The DU support people
suggest I try another browser. I did. Instead of Safari I now run
Tenfourfox. Well, the audio still won’t work. Does anybody
out there have a solution, low cost (besides biting bullet and
getting newer Mac).</p></div>Dave Bowentag:tenfourfox.tenderapp.com,2012-01-07:Comment/364901272015-04-17T12:58:38Z2015-04-17T13:03:02Zonline radio<div><p>Hello Dave. As far as I can see, the website offers two
alternatives for listening, based on the capabilities of the brower
visiting the website.</p>
<p>1) <a href="http://cdn.voscast.com/resources/player.swf">http://cdn.voscast.com/resources/player.swf</a><br>
and<br>
2) <a href="http://cdn.voscast.com/player/player.php?host=s7.voscast.com&port=8092">
http://cdn.voscast.com/player/player.php?host=s7.voscast.com&amp;po...</a>
(for html5 capable browsers)</p>
<p>They both work [1) in Safari only, obviousy], counting playing
time etc., but they don't seem to broadcast anything right now. The
streams they refer to don't exist.</p></div>Chris (chtrusch)
