Page Source Not Showing

When I select Tools - Web Developer - Page Source, to view code of page, get a bunch of symbols instead of text/code. Any help greatly appreciated. I'm running on Mac 10.5.8, TenFourFox 9.0.

    Hello Cathy, TFF 9.0 is slightly outdated. Please try and update to 31.5.0 here
    http://sourceforge.net/projects/tenfourfox/files/31.5.0/
    If you still have this problem we'll see what we can do.
