Will TenFourFox allow G4 to use cloud services?
Cloud services I use include iCloud, GDrive, Box, OneDrive. Would TenFourFox allow a PowerBook G4 to use of some or all of these services for email, file storage, calendars, contacts? Is there any SQLite Manager application available for the G4? Can The G4 VNC into my remote Mac Mini?
Thanks - have an opportunity to pick up a fairly pristine 12" PB G4. Trying to see what I can run on it.

I'm sorry I can't answer this completely. It the cloud services use current web standards and require no additional stuff which only exists in more modern versions of Mac OS X they should be usable. Cameron?

Chris, I am interested in this as well. But your answer is difficult to make out. I presume "It" should be "If". What is stuff? What is it additional to? And do you mean that recent OSs (more modern versions of Mac OS X) SHOULD enable cloud services to work? Well, yes, but oharamj is buying a G4, or was, so he would need tenfourfox, hence his question. If that isn't what you meant, good, but . .. what DID you mean?
And what does "Cameron?" mean?

It means he's asking my more or less official answer, and the more or less official answer is a definite maybe.
If the service only requires HTML5 and JavaScript, the odds are pretty good it will work just fine (perhaps slowly, but fine). Most Google services work, for example. iCloud generally works, though most of our systems aren't fast enough to run it effectively.
There are extensions that will let you manage the SQLite databases in TenFourFox, though these add-ons are (like all addons) supported "best effort." If you're looking for something to generally manage SQLite databases, though, I don't know of one for PowerPC offhand.
The G4 can certainly VNC to other systems; I do it all the time from my iMac G4. A tool like Chicken of the Sea (or its followon, "Chicken") will work fine and is free. However, this board is limited to TenFourFox support, so you're on your own for those.
