Can I get copies of the Update and start pages? I’m looking to revive Camino, and I’ve stripped out the update and start page URL’s.

As the subject says, I’m working to rebrand TenFourFox as Camino (the original was killed off in 2013, which I also intend to revive as well), and am in need of the start and update pages to modify for it.

I currently have the URLs stripped out of the JavaScript file, as I don’t have the pages required.
