FPR29 disable Java script?

I do not see a "book" button for this in the command line. I am eager to try it. An easy access on off button is brilliant. But I don't have the button.

    OK, I think I found the book icon next to the reload arrow. This is ALSO the toggle for reader view, however it also disables java script. The difference is my pages load faster AND some big white empty ad block squares appear on some pages. I'm a happy camper. If there is more to it then tell me.

    The command is in the Tools menu. The browser doesn't have a button for this.

    If you want a button, you can install the quickjs extension here:
    https://sourceforge.net/projects/tenfourfox/files/addons/archive/

    The Book button is only for reader view, this is independent from Enable/Disable JavaScript.
