TFF29 fails
For the first time I could not update, even after a clean-up

Please re-download TFF FPR 29, and also download the new langpack installer, both available at http://www.floodgap.com/software/tenfourfox/
If you apply any old locale installer to FPR 29 you will get exactly this error.

Thanks, also removing the ampersand has helped.
