Blank screen at Quora.com
PowerBook G4 1.67 GHz 2GB SDRAM running 10.4.11 (Tiger) with SSD.
I just installed latest version (28) from previous (7). Guess I haven't used it in a while!
First thing I notice is that https://www.quora.com produces a blank screen. No big deal for me (I can use my MacBook Pro) but I thought you might like to know.
YouTube is too slow to use and videos don't play (they just skip frame to frame with no audio) - no surprise!
On the bright side, Reader View works! :)

Tested quora both on 10.5 and 10.4 with TFF FPR 28 and 29. Works in all cases.
Martin, please try Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled…
For Youtube: Close all other tabs and switch to the lowest available resolution. Let the website load completely before playing the video.

Thanks, Chris. Restarting in "Safe Mode" has fixed Quora.
What do I do to resolve this permanently? I assume that there are add-ons to be deleted but it's a long time since I added them!
I haven't tried You-Tube again, yet, as I'm keeping some tabs open. But when I did try, the resolution was 240p and I believe that it had loaded, But maybe it needs more time. I'll try again, later.

Go to Tools > Add-ons, disable all add-ons manually, restart the browser and confirm the website stills works (if it doesn't, we'll come back to that). Then enable the add-ons one by one to find out which one doesn't play along. You don't have to delete them, just disable them.

Thanks, Chris. It was something called "RequestPolicy Continued". Controls cross-site requests.
