Hi all! I've been trying to get QTE to work for youtube playback to take some stress off my G4's processor but every time I try to use it I get an error message that says "Totally failed to get video info"

I tried troubleshooting it myself and looking up old support articles but can't seem to get anywhere. I downloaded the latest QTE (120) and also installed Perian. Im Running Mac OS 10.4.11, TenFourFox Future Parity Release 22, QuickTime Player 7.6.4 on a PowerBook G4 Ti 667 mhz with 1 gb ram.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, QTE is pretty long in the tooth and while we still support it in the sense that it will still be compatible with the browser, because of the inherent limitations in QuickTime I won't be upgrading it further either. Going forward the MP4 Enabler is the preferred choice for viewing H.264 content: https://github.com/classilla/tenfourfox/wiki/PlayingH.264
