Hello, and thank you for the continuing support.
Unfortunately the current FPR 10 (as the previous 9) is not working on www.ups.com. Among other options a new shipment cannot be created - you can access this from the main window, no account is necessary at this stage. Any chance to get this working?

Confirmed. Using this link directly for example:

Yes, its a five or seven stages form (simplicity is not in vogue apparently). I contacted the UPS technical support more than once, but they are hopeless.
Regrettably I can't use Safari 5 (Tiger here).

Yes, this appears to be the infamous issue 533. Unfortunately the Mozilla bug that seems to fix it is long and involved, and cannot be directly adapted without causing other problems. It's my highest priority to fix but I don't have a solution yet.
