With Tenfour fox FP10 (PowerMac G5, Leopard) the following link https://books.google.com/ngrams/graph?content=ten+four&year_start=1600&year_end=2000&corpus=15&smoothing=3&share=&direct_url=t1%3B%2Cten%20four%3B%2Cc0 produces '11PM' for every label on the x-axis. Safari with updated webkit gets it right.

Looks the same as Safari 5/LWK on my 10.5 system. Can you post a screenshot? Have you tried using a fresh browser profile?
