No more d/l of YouTube videos possible
I understand that YouTube changed its interface so that the add-ons that enabled a download function are not working any more. Half of the time I can use the QT Enabler but some videos aren't recognized by QT.
Is there (will there be) a workaround so I could still d/l and watch YouTube videos? I'm using a maxxed out MDD dual 1.25GHz and the video on YouTube is very choppy if it plays at all. I often used the d/l function for longer videos.
Thank you.

I've tried some lately updated alternatives for the d/l function in YouTube, nothing works.
In addition, my whole TFF experience is catastrophic after the last update. Loading takes ages, my MDD shows the beachball more often than not.
I'd like things like they were before the update. Don't care about security risks.
Waiting for a fix. What happened?
Thanks. Best regards.

You'll have to wait a bit until the YT download extensions are updated for the new interface. Meanwhile, you can use http://keepvid.com/ or other websites.
Please specify some websites that takes ages to load so we can have a look at what's wrong. General criticism isn't helpful if we can't reproduce problems. It's not that we didn't test this browser version before releasing it.
You are, of course, free to revert to an older version. However, we don't recommend this because we do care about security.

Hi Chris,
Thanks a bunch! After some restarts everything seems to be back to normal.
Only YouTube takes ages to load but I can live with that.
Thank you guys again for keeping my ole MDD running. I still love Tiger
although services are getting shut down, no more Skype or Dropbox. I use a
humble old Samsung netbook running Win7 for those.
Best regards, Jörg.
