problem w/v 45.9
When open start page and go to a website, TenFourFox starts creating duplicate start pages on top of the web page opened.
When I try to close them with the red close button, they will not close and just opens another start page. Had to "quit escape", and I reloaded V 45.8. I have never had a problem when upgrading to new version til now. Am on Mac 7400, v10.4.11. I deleted all history, caches, and ran Disk Utility from the backup disk to repair permissions to see if some error, but after restarting, problem still remained-that's when I reloaded 45.8.

Obviously I can't reproduce this (I'm typing this in 45.9), and there were no changes in that version that touch that code, but the next step I would do is actually reset your profile. An issue like this is usually a bad setting or a misbehaving add-on. You can try that from the link below right ("How to reset your profile", at the bottom of this page).
