site. And actually, it was so bad my bank locked up my online
access. My bank also demanded I use virus scanning software because
they were convinced that my mac was infected with a virus. I tried
to assure them that wasn't likely the case as I'm running my power
pc G4 and I might as have been speaking martian to them because
they had no idea what I was talking about. But back to what
happened, , after logging onto my banks website, I had navigated to
a page where there was a form that had buttons that would display
numerous items to select. When I tried to select the appropriate
item from the popup menu button, I couldn't. And when I tried to
tab down the page to other items on popup menu buttons, I couldn't
do that. The form kept sending me back to the first popup menu
button which I couldn't select either. According to the bank it was
like I was clicking on a link ( popupmenu item) thousands of times
per minute. And so to see if it is indeed TFF 45.6 (which is the
one I'm currently using) I decided to access my bank's website
using my old Safari browser ( version 4.1.3) and logon to my banks
website. First, because the bank had me change my password and
username, it was a little difficult to get online, but once logged
on, everything seemed to work normally. When I tried to logon this
morning with TFF 45.6 - I basically couldn't. When I put in my
username and then - on a following page, try to input my new
pawssword, then click on the submit button, it was like the form
was never filled out. I couldn't logon to my bank's site. I'd input
my u-name and password but it was like I hadn't put that in.
your login credentials, just the URL you use to access). A
screenshot of what happens when you try would also be helpful.

Cameron Kaisertag:tenfourfox.tenderapp.com,2012-01-07:Comment/416370222016-12-30T19:03:10Z2016-12-30T19:03:10Zproblems with my online bank site

www.unionbank.com

username. The Way the bank does it, is that the first screen is
your
username and then you hit "submit" and then the next screen is
one
where your username is posted and then you enter your password.
And
this is where the fun begins, when I enter the password in the
text
box, it doesn't recognize it even though I'm sure it's correct
-
because I'll use the same password in Safari and it works fine.

Eventually, I was able to logon but once I was using other
forms,
it's like I would try to select a popup menu item, and I couldn't.
It
was like a key was being pressed, so I couldn't enter or select
anything on screen. It seems like there is a break down in
passing
the user input data ( via text or trying to select from menu
items).
I either can't select the menu items successfully or it doesn't
pass
the text I'm submitting.

Guy Palmer
