Websites crash after having updated to 45.4.0 on my G5
I recently updated to 45.4.0 on my G5, When I am on websites they crash very often and then I receive a message saying "this is embarrassing." and do I want to restore, report or reload, only to have it crash again. Should I uninstall and reinstall 45.4.0 or is there a newer update?

Hello, does it crash on all websites, or just some specific ones? Which ones?

It occurs most often on websites that have links in their page, when I
click on those links then after opening they crash.

This sounds like your profile needs a reset. Go to Help>Troubleshooting Information>Refresh TenFourFox and follow instructions. If you're using any Add-ons note them down before you start because you'll have to re-download them afterwards.
