The TenFourFoxG5-45.4.0 cannot be opened on my late 2015 PowerMac G5

As stated in the subject, this app cannot be opened in my computer. The system says that the structure is not supported, and there is a huge Cross on the logo...

So is there any problem of my operation? Or there is any other issues? thanks!

    Hello, please click the Apple icon top left on your screen and choose About This Mac. What does it say about the processor?
