Not Opening!!! :(

Ok i followed all the steps to downloading and installng but TenFourFoxG5 is just not opening the specs of my mac are
1.6 GHz PowerPC G5
2 GB DDR SDRAM
40 GB Western Digital Hard Drive (I do not know what kind of caviar model it is it might be before the caviars)

Please help

    The gist is that you need to re-download the zip file and make sure it's downloaded completely.
