I'm having the same problem.
TenFourFox 38.6, Mac os x 10.5.8

Please don't tack onto the iCloud thread with another font issue; the iCloud one has been fixed and it's confusing. I have moved your request to another ticket.
I'll add the offending font to the blacklist for 38.7.

The updated blacklist is scheduled for 38.6.1, which is an imminent update to fix an urgent Firefox security issue. This fixes the abnormal characters on the URL provided.
