ICloud Website Fonts Not Loading Properly

Hi, After updating to version 38.5.0, I'm having problems with the fonts on the ICloud start up page. All words now show as A's in blocks. I searched and found this is usually a font issue on my computer but after troubleshooting all fonts are shown to be OK. Plus, the site loaded properly up until this latest version and no other sites I visit have the same issue. I'm able to use ICloud mail on an old version of Safari, but for security reasons, I'd rather use TenFourFox. I've attached a pdf of what the page looks like when loaded. Any help or suggestions on this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Keith

Definitely an issue with a bogus font we should have TenFourFox reject for a fallback. Is this 10.4 or 10.5?

(In the meantime, you can try changing gfx.downloadable_fonts.enabled to false in about:config to get the site to display -- but change it back when you're done.)

    Cameron,

Forgive the ignorance but where do I do that, in Terminal or somewhere else? Thanks for the assistance

Got it, thanks. I searched on this and found out how to do it. It does resolve the problem albeit a bit of a pain

    Thanks again for the suggestion

I´m in the same problem, with a G5 Quad running macosx 10.5.8. I don´t know how to solve it. The links you publish goes to 2 woff type files (I wonder it is San Francisco) but I don´t know what to do with them and I use iCloud very much

¿How can I solve this issue?

    Thanks

The temporary workaround is in comment 2. It doesn't fix the font issue, but at least you can use the site. The links are ones that need to be blacklisted internally, just like the issue summary says, and that's what will happen for 38.6.0.

The blacklist entries have been added to the release candidate of 38.6.0. I don't use iCloud, so I can't do much more testing than this, but the main page now appears again. If you want to try it, you can get it from

    https://sourceforge.net/projects/tenfourfox/files/38.6.0/

If additional fonts need to be blocked, I'll need URLs and add them in 38.7.
