For about one year everything in my TenFourFox has a blue layer

....and I cannot not make it display like standard colors. I've searched the web, tried resets most recent version. Until now no solution.
Color picker only displays colors grey and blue - see picture.

Does anyone experience the same or have an idea whatelse I could try?

OSX 10.5.8
TenTFourFox 38.5.0

Hello Wolfgang, try View>Toolbars>Customize… Then click on the Themes button at the bottom of the window and choose „Default“.

    Hello Chris,

Thanks for the fast reaction. Unfortunately it doesn't make a change. See picture2.
As mentioned before, I have tried a reset of tenfourfox, a complete clean installation (unless there are hidden files I am not aware of), until now nothing has helped...

Additionally I do not get a working color picker, see picture 3

This is weird. Okay, let's test this:

Quit TenFourFox and go to Macintosh HD>users>[your name]>Library>Application Support in the Finder. Move the Firefox folder to the desktop. Don't delete it, it contains your bookmarks and other settings, but your profile may be damaged. Then start TFF. If TFF looks okay now, there's something wrong with your profile (which we may or may not find). If it's still blue, the problem is in your Mac OS X installation.

OK. Just did that. See the result in picture 4. Still not solved :-(

Maybe try a different Mac OS X user and/or disable customizations you did to MS OS X? I'm out of ideas otherwise, sorry.

I agree with Chris. This looks like a system problem. TenFourFox uses a custom OpenGL surface for its window and it's possible a haxie or other system extension may be causing colour data to be getting transposed.

OK, I have tried a different user and indeed, it does not occur with that. I therefore have to find out, if there is anything in the current user profile that could cause the issue - do you know of any specific conflicts that "haxies" might have with TFF? Just to narrow it down a little bit? Thanks very much in advance!

I can't think of anything that would cause this specific problem. The strategy to find out would be the same as with Add-ons: Disable all of them, make sure the problem is gone and then re-enable them one by one.
