The problem with Chase is that it doesn't understand
TenFourFox's user agent. This seems to have happened after the
latest site update and is a bug on their end. You can get around
this with one of the user agent switcher add-ons (probably the
easiest option), or you can do this manually by going into

about:config
and setting

general.override.useragent
to
Mozilla/5.0
(Macintosh; PPC Mac OS X 10.4; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/38.0
(but this will change the setting for all sites
and prevent those that are TenFourFox aware from detecting us,
however, which may have its own problems).

You will have an alternative soon, though. Once TenFourFoxBox is
fixed to properly emit
navigator.*
properties, you can
also use that with the "Prevent sites from detecting they're not in
a normal browser" checked, and it will consign it to its own
private hell.

Cameron Kaisertag:tenfourfox.tenderapp.com,2012-01-07:Comment/386850422015-12-12T20:27:55Z2015-12-12T20:27:55ZChase

Oh, actually, I forgot to mention: only the main page has this
problem. If you go in through another entry point, you should be
able to log in. For example, the login form on https://www.chase.com/resources/customer-service
should work.

Cameron Kaisertag:tenfourfox.tenderapp.com,2012-01-07:Comment/386850422015-12-13T18:44:30Z2015-12-13T18:44:31ZChase

Thanks - all three of the workarounds work. Rick Laudati
