TenFourFox Won't Open on Tiger
Hi. I have downloaded TenFourFox for my Mac running Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger. It doesn't work. It's the latest version, I just downloaded it. Whenever I launch it, I get a message saying "You cannot use the application "TenFourFox7450" with this version of Mac OS X." . I'm running Tiger, and I know I downloaded the right version. Why isn't it working?

You need to upgrade to 10.4.11. (Technically 10.4.9 will work, but we don't test against it.) The Apple Combo updater will work, or you can run Software Update, which should still function for 10.4 systems. This message was typed on a 1GHz iMac G4 running 10.4.11.

Is there any way to open it without upgrading? Can I change the minimum OS? For some reasons, I don't want to upgrade right now.

I doubt it will work properly, but you can change the minimum version in the application's plist (I'm intentionally not describing how here, but there are guides on this process). Please note that we don't accept bug reports from people on versions of the OS we don't support.
