Trying to update from 38.3.0 to newer version

Get message classic environment no longer supported. Have G4 933. Never had problems before???

    Don't you need "Classilla" for Classic environment?

    I tried it over 4 times still says classic environment no longer
    supported????? Never had a problem before.
