Tried going from Tenfourfox 38.2.1 to your new 38.3 and supposedly my system won't support it
I have been using your wonderful Tenfourfox for years and always try to stay updated as per your instructions but when I download the new file and click on it to open it it gives me a message that reads..."You cannot open the application "TenFourFox 7450-38-0-2" because it is not supported on this system". I am not a computer person at all and this stumps me. I have not changed my hard drive I am still using my beloved Powerbook G-4, PPC computer. I sure hope you can help me with this...I love your software and your winning/overcoming/can do attitude. Alex Cook

I don't understand what I am supposed to do with this message...I have already explained what the problem is with downloading and installing 38.3. Aren't you supposed to reply before I send another message?

Nobody is supposed to reply you. Did you pay him to do so? It is a favor he can do or not.
Your first question was at 12:36 and at 12:44, 8 minutes later you are complaining about not receiving an answer.
People have lives, have to feed their families, etc. and not here to serve you and fast if possible.
Please have a bit of patience.

Alex, make sure the .zip file containing TFF 38.3.0 is downloaded completely. Should be about 46-49 MB. Sometime Sourceforge aborts the download, and if you try to unzip and then run the imcomplete app, this is one of the error message you would typically get.

Thank you for your help. I somehow made some other person who replied
to me angry by asking a second time about my question...I did not know
how to do the question/answer thing. Sorry if I seemed abrupt. But
thanks for taking time to help me keep my great old Mac going.
