TenFourFox 38.2
My question is: if TenFourFox 38.2 has been a truly awful browser on my iBook G4 OS 10.4.11, should I expect TenFourFox 38.2.1 to be any better? TenFourFox 38.2 cannot handle my gmail. It sends before I tell it to, or it cuts out when I try to reply. Of course, it always apologizes, or says it's embarrassed. But I sure don't want any more of this.

The changes between 38.2 and 38.2.1 are minor and unlikely to make any difference.
That said, I use Gmail routinely and haven't seen any issue, nor was any issue reported by the beta testers. If you have a specific set of actions to try, I can see if I can reproduce your problem, but if the steps are "try using Gmail" there's no way I can replicate it to repair it. You're welcome to use 31.8 for as long as it serves your purpose.

What's 31.8?

The previous major version of TenFourFox. If you weren't using TenFourFox before, you can of course use whatever you feel comfortable with as long as it works.
For the record, I use 38.2.1 on an iBook G4/1.33, among other systems.

I have an iBook G4 10.4.11. Any idea what would work best on that? Thanks.

Hello Mary Jo, you should use TenFourFox7450-38.2.1 available here
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tenfourfox/files/38.2.1/

I have 38.2.0. If I download 38.2.1, how do I get rid of 38.2.0?
Thanks.

You can just replace 38.2.0 with 38.2.1 in your Applications folder. I.e., download 38.2.1, then quit TFF, unzip 38.2.1, put 38.2.0 in the trash, then put 38.2.1 in your Applications folder.
