TenFourFox 38.2.x PDF web page rendering
My G5 Tenfourfox 38.2.1 like 38.2 has problems with page and font rendering PDF web pages in comparison with Safari Leopard Webkit.
See attachments and example of this: http://www.etoncorp.com/sites/default/files/BoostBloc4000_SpecSheet_110612.pdf.

Firefox 38 ESR on Windows has the same bug.
Generally: Pdf.js is not 100% pixel perfect to what Adobe Reader or Apple Preview show (Safari uses Preview). However, font rendering should work, but it's Mozilla's bug.

Yes, this is a Mozilla bug, and may represent whatever fonts you have installed on the system. You should consider PDF.js to be more of a preview tool than a fully fledged PDF reader.
I'll close this since this is not something we would add to the worklist. You can file on Bugzilla if you like.
