QTE Context menu
This site http://cinesport.philly.com/philly-sportswriters/phillies-prepare-f... produces a context menu as pictured with no QTE option. I can manually copy the link & paste into Quicktime though.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

QTE 116 is installed & active.

Works for me. Maybe one of your other add-ons interferes?

Looks like if you don't wait for the page to fully load before opening the context menu you can recreate it. Gotta wait for the tab spinner to stop not just the video spinner.
