Outlook on TenFourFox suddenly stopped working.
I've used TenFourFox7450 in order to run Outlook on my Mac PowerBook G4 for the last 8 months. It's worked perfectly and I've always updated to the latest version of TenFourFox. Yesterday when I opened TenFourFox it went to my home page, which is Outlook. It opened Outlook much more quickly than usual, then failed to perform any Outlook functions. Just stayed locked on the home page.

Can you be more specific about the URL?
I use Outlook Web Access at my workplace, which works fine, but I'm not sure this is what you're referring to.

It's the email aspect of Outlook that failed. I tried emptying the cache folder in my profile. That seems to have worked, though I lost all of my bookmarked addresses.

Do you mean Hotmail? You're posting from a Hotmail address.
It certainly is possible for a bad cache entry to cause a hangup like that.

Yes, Hotmail. Since emptying the cache folder, Hotmail has been working, but it did freeze up again on one occasion, though it was fine after quitting Outlook and then re-opening it. I don't understand the erratic nature of this problem and what set it off in the first place.

I'm not sure, but I don't have any other reports of irregularity with Hotmail so far. Are you sure an add-on isn't interfering?
Since you've already cleared your cache, one other option is to reset your profile (see How to reset your profile below).
