cant get tenfour g5 app

I keep getting this message from my computer, the application TenFourG5 2 quit un expectedly and i have the option to Ignore or relanch and report to Mac my youtube is slow and my browser keeps ask me to up grade to tenfourg5

    Hi, please click on the Apple Menu top left of your screen and choose "About this Mac…". What does it say about your processor and the Mac OS X version?
