can't use application?

I'm running Mac OS 10.4.6 on a G5. I downloaded TenFourFox for a G5. However, when I tried to open it, I got a box saying "You cannot use the application TenFourFoxG5 with this version of Mac OS X." What's up?

    TenFourFox requires 10.4.11 (technically 10.4.9 but we don't support anything lower than .11).
