<p>this is working for me in 19.0.2. See screenshot. I type seven
numbers and one letter, and a postal code field appears in which I
can type as well. I'm pretty sure there's an add-on or some other
customization interfering that's working differently in 17 than in
19.</p>
<p>You probably won't need to reset you profile. Try disabling all
extensions (Tools Menu>Add-ons), re-start the browser and see if
the website works correctly. Then re-enable them one by one to see
which one is interfering.</p>
<p>Please also note that this Tenderapp help desk is meant for the
current stable version (17.0.x). If you think you found a bug in
the unstable version, please report it at <a href=

or file a bug at <a href=

field doesn't appear after typing ID ). Well, I am disappointed not
from you but from this issue. I do not have done as you have
described with the Add-ons, but I have disabled Add-ons one by one,
and when I have disabled Quick Time Enabler 115, my problem was
stopping, so I was thinking that was Quick Time Enabler 115, but
when I have enabled Quick Time Enabler 115 again, the problem no
longer existed!</p>
<p>Now, without any add-ons, still remains just some overlapping
characters, but I will report this later. You can see this above
with attached picture file.</p>
