I need human help

My technical problem is that I suddenly lost most of the icons from my Bookmark pull-down menu. I am using TenFourFox 17.0.4 on a PowerPC Mac G5, and have been for some time.

A bigger problem is I cannot negotiate your help site. I follow your instructions and they lead to dead-ends. I can't log into your help site (my e-mail address is refused) and I don't have the foggiest idea what an OpenID is. When I seek my cache through Terminal, it just looks at me with "default" showing. Double-clicking "default" just launches Fixefox (or was that TenFourFox? — I don't remember).

From my point of view you are un-contactable.

Is this the only way to send you a message?

    This is just another obstacle.

As a policy matter I strongly discourage support via E-mail because we get too many of them, and because the same question is frequently repeated, it doesn't give other users the benefit of publicly seeing the solutions offered. This is our support site; you've successfully submitted the ticket and we were able to see it, so I'm not sure what support site you're referring to that refused your E-mail address. If the support options are unacceptable to you, I can only recommend looking at another browser while support for them lasts.

In answer to your question, a screenshot would be most helpful. Although there was an early issue with bookmark icons not refreshing, that was fixed long before 17 was released.
