because we get too many of them, and because the same question is
frequently repeated, it doesn't give other users the benefit of
publicly seeing the solutions offered. This is our support site;
you've successfully submitted the ticket and we were able to see
it, so I'm not sure what support site you're referring to that
refused your E-mail address. If the support options are
unacceptable to you, I can only recommend looking at another
browser while support for them lasts.</p>
<p>In answer to your question, a screenshot would be most helpful.
Although there was an early issue with bookmark icons not
refreshing, that was fixed long before 17 was released.</p></div>Cameron Kaiser
